As a newly established business, we currently offer pick up and local delivery only. Our goal is to extend our delivery services beyond the GTA in the near future.

Due to Shopify's restriction, a customer can't choose to have some items shipped and some items picked up on the same order. Instead, a customer needs to place two separate orders.

Shipping options may vary depending on delivery address, time of purchase and item availability.

PICKUP

Orders will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours and must be picked up during restaurant opening hours.

Please note that the person who shows up to pick up the order must simply present the order confirmation as long as they are the buyer. If another person comes in his place, he must also present an identity document.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders are delivered every day between 1:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Local delivery availability will be validated upon checkout once a postal code is entered.

With Alcohol delivery, an ID is required upon arrival.

Our third party local delivery company will provide an estimated arrival window, like 1:30pm-5pm / 5:30pm - 10pm, via email and SMS after the courier begins deliveries. Access the link in the email or SMS to track the courier's arrival time and location.

Same day delivery may be available based on the order time and delivery schedule. If the customer has a specific time request, please reach out to us. While we will make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee delivery before or after a certain time point as per the customer's requirements.

For items requiring refrigeration or freezing, promptly place them in the designated storage upon receipt.

Fish & Loaf Market reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to refuse delivery of your order and refund it.
