Refund Policy

Upon receipt of your purchase, we ask that you please inspect the product and notify us of any damage or error in the shipment immediately so we may work with you to make things right.

Our policy lasts 7 days on kitchen supplies and accessories only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 7 days from receipt. Returns accepted in-store or via post at customer's cost.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned and refunded, including foods, dry goods, refrigerated and frozen products, gift cards and alcohol products.

To finalize your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send back your purchase to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of the returned item and the approval or decline of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

 

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, verify your bank account first. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to appear officially.

Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or open box or promotion items (if applicable)

Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items. Sale, open box, and promotional items are non-refundable.

*** Refunds will not be issued for price differences on orders made prior to a current ongoing promotion.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at MARKET@FISHANDLOAF.COM.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you must follow the instructions provided via email. 

It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs for returning the item, as they are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be subtracted.

The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary based on your location.

For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
